What Is Body Boss Training?

Deb Lemon is referred to as the Body Boss by those who have changed their bodies, minds, and lifestyles with her help. These sessions are 30 minutes and include workouts outside of pilates. Deb is a certified personal trainer with over 30 years experience. She believes that people just need help sometimes in this world of fitness crazes and gadgets! Maybe you’re just getting started, or your getting “back on the wagon” of fitness, or you’re or looking for guaranteed results. Deb knows how to workout in the shortest amount of time to get the most effective results. The Body Boss works on her body everyday and sharing with others is her mission.

Here is a sample schedule of Body Boss Training for 3 weeks:

Session One (week 1): Intake, goal setting, nutrition coaching

Session Two (week 1): Initial workout and evaluation

Session Three (week 2): Workout

Session Four (week 2): Workout

Session Five (week 3): Workout

Session Six (week 3): Exit interview and action plan.

Body Boss Training sessions are scheduled directly with Deb at bodiesbypilates@me.com. The six sessions can be customized to your scheduling needs. The cost for the six (30 minute sessions) is $330.
